Shipping policy
Shipping Times:
Within the Nordics: 1–7 business days
Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays are shipped no earlier than the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carriers, customs handling, or periods of high demand.
Pre-orders:
Pre-order items are usually delivered within 7–21 business days.
In some exceptional cases, delivery may take longer.
You have the right to cancel your pre-order before the product has been shipped from our supplier.
After this point, a reasonable handling fee may apply upon refund.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Damage During Transport:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, Adrinas Pure is responsible for transport damage in accordance with consumer protection laws.

and send clear photos of:
the product
the outer packaging
We will either send a replacement product or issue a refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a delay becomes extended, you are welcome to contact us and we will help track the delivery or find a solution.
