Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

If your product arrives damaged or broken during delivery, Adrinas Pure is responsible for the transport damage. Please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will either send a replacement product or issue a refund at no extra cost to the customer.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are not charged for approved complaints or transport damages.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), special orders, or personalized products.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed personal care and beauty products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery. If the product is unused and the seal is intact, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the law.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal within the EU:

For purchases within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
